Cixi Pipe &Valve Sealing Factory, established in May, 1985, is located in the south of beautiful Hangzhou Bay. It possesses 2800 sqm of factory buildings, covering a 4655–sqm floor space. The enterprise was originally subordinate to the State Department of Power Industry and is one online member of Packing and Sealing Trade of State Mechanical and Industry, one member of Chinese Hydraulic and Pneumatic Packing Industry Association. In 1998 it was reorganized into joint-stock enterprise; in March, 1999, ISO9000 Quality System Management Project was put into practice; in February, 2001, it officially became the corporation certified by ISO9000. For a long time various types of produced sealing units with stable performance and reliable quality are supplied to a large number of companies at home and abroad. it has won the title of “One-level Product “ for many times in the spot tests by Supervision and Inspection Centre of State Mechanical and Industrial Department, including national patent sealing packing. In 2001, it passed the test of pressure pipe sealing with packing components and won safety registration certificates of Pressure Pipe Components Manufacturing Unit”, which was granted by State Quality Supervision and Inspection &Quarantine Administration.
